Check whether you may collect the data
Only take jobs for non-personal data on public pages. Turn down any job where the site's terms forbid it, a login is needed, CAPTCHAs must be bypassed, or personal contact details are wanted.
Pick your tools
An AI coding assistant writes the script, a small server runs it on a schedule and the results go into a spreadsheet. Add a monitor that alerts you when a job doesn't finish.
Make a sample table
Pick a public site that allows collection (an open data portal, for example) and make a sample table with clear fields, the source and the collection time.
List a service or bid; check by hand
Price by number of sites, number of fields and update frequency. Spot-check before every delivery, and include the data source and collection time.
